Are you ready for a Pheasant Experience! Our Pheasants can be seen most days running at high speed up and own the Vine Rows in our Pinot Noir Grape Plantation. Thankfully they don't steal too many of our precious Grapes! This Grape variety is famous for making some of the best Rosé Wines in the World and this one doesn't disappoint. The flavours are incredible. This is the first time we have made a Rosé Wine from our Pinot Noir Grapes and we couldn't be more thrilled. It's a delicate, crisp, dry Wine made from 100% Pinot Noir Grapes and you can really taste the delicious Rose petal and Strawberry flavours. We've been told on many occasions now that this Wine tastes like their favourite Rosé Wine from Provence. Praise indeed! Let us know what you think.
