Shiraz is Australia’s most planted Wine Grape variety and is grown in most Australian Wine regions.
We have visited the Hunter Valley in Australia many times and loved touring all around the different Wine Estates. There was one in particular that really stood out to us which was the Worthington's Wine Estate. We loved all of their Wines and Dessert Wines and their fabulous Shiraz and the owners truly inspired us to venture into the World of making Wine.
We therefore wanted to stock a fabulous Australian Shiraz here in our Wine Cellar.
"Flying Start" has a rich aroma - a mixture of Blackberry, Black Pepper and Cassis. Our cheeky Pheasant character shown on the label depicts daily Life here on the Estate where we are surrounded by these stunningly beautiful Birds and the lengths they will go to to create havoc in our Vineyard in their quest to steal our precious grapes.
