It is simply produced for our enjoyment in small batches, beautifully crafted and using ingredients here on the Estate. When you taste it, we hope you experience how the flavour captures the fun spirit felt here on our Estate.

Ingredients:

Fever Tree/Luscombe Mediterranean tonic water

Rosemary sprig

Lime wedge
-
Mint sprig
Method:
Fill your glass with ice then add the Gin, fill with tonic and garnish with a rosemary sprig, mint sprig and a lime wedge.
